We have partnered with some of the best dessert manufactures in the Philadelphia and Leigh High Valley to deliver a variety of premium quality cold desserts to our guests. Our Hawaiian Shaved Ice and fruit smoothies are hand crafted one serving at a time. We are continuing to innovate new product offerings and to provide the best and delicious desserts to our customers.

What happens if my event is rained out? Can I reschedule for another date?

Yes, we will work with you and be as flexible as possible to accommodate. However, we will avoid double bookings with another reservation.

Do I need to supply power or water for your food truck?

Frozen Island has all the necessary utilities to be a self-sufficient food truck.

How much space do I need to provide for your food truck?

Our unit is about 18ft X 9ft wide. We recommend at least 3 cars length of parking space for us to operate. Let us know where you like us to set up, and will take care of the rest.

What happens if more guests attend my event that I have not calculated into the package?

This is an excellent problem to have if you have more guests showing up at your event. Not a problem as we will inform you of reaching the maximum number of servings and if you need to pay for the overage after the event.

Are you insured for liability?

Yes, we are fully insured and can provide additional documents upon request.

Do you accept any form of payment besides credit cards?

Yes, we prefer check or Venmo, but we will accept all major credit cards. Please get in touch with us for further questions regarding payments.

Are there other fees associated with the booking, like travel costs or extra time?

Our packages include all dessert items listed on the menu. Prices do not include tax, travel, or if you need to extend the time for the party.

Is your food truck nut allergy-free, and do you offer non-dairy items?

Yes, we keep the nut toppings away from our nut-free items. We have some non-dairy items like Italian Ice, Shaved Ice, and smoothies.

What is the best way to book your food truck?

The quickest way to secure your reservation with us is to go through the website and book us online. You can always contact us directly.

Is your food truck Serve Safe?

Yes, we Serve Safe certified, and we are compliant with all local regulations for food safety handling.

How do you handle Covid precautions?

The owner of the business and also a Certified Registered Nurse. She is staying in compliance with all PA and NJ regulations.

How do I add hot desserts to my catering package?

We will be offering hot food desserts soon. Don't hesitate to contact us for more details if you want to upgrade your package to include our new additions to the menu.
